Antonia Stiegemann completed her Bachelor's degree in Media and Cultural Studies at Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf in 2021. For her Bachelor's thesis, she researched media practices of primary school children. With her Master's degree in Intermedia and Media Cultural Studies, she has the opportunity to deepen her knowledge of media education. Within the framework of empirical research projects, she approaches topics of adult education and digital participation.

Besides her studies, Antonia Stiegemann supported a non-profit association with a focus on teaching internet skills. Through her voluntary work as a German tutor during the Corona pandemic, she was able to gain practical insights into language support.  

Since May 2023, she has been supporting the initiative Transfer of Language Education, Reading and Writing Support (BiSS-Transfer) as a research assistant. There she is involved in the supervision of blended learning training courses as well as their conception, revision and implementation.
