Dr. Martha Höfler worked at the Chair of Adult Education at Friedrich Schiller University Jena (2010-2016) as a research associate and coordinator of the in-service Master's program in Continuing Education and Human Resource Development (doctoral dissertation topic: Promoting Resilience in Adulthood). Subsequently (2016-2018), she worked as a research associate and deputy managing director of the Federal Association for Prevention and Health Promotion (BVPG) in Bonn. From 2019, she worked at the Mercator Institute of the University of Cologne as a research associate (postdoc) in the research area Knowledge! What works? and is heading the review study on the impact of language-sensitive teaching approaches (WisU) there from April 2020. Martha Höfler also works as a consultant and coach in Bonn at ResilienzExpertise.
