Karolin Groos has been working in the fields of event management and international exchange since 2009. As a freelance interpreter and event manager, she has organized and managed delegation trips and international conferences for the Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit and Engagement Global, among others. Since 2016, she has been working at the Mercator Institute, where she is also responsible for events as a member of the public relations department.
